Goethe Society AGM 2025
You are warmly invited to attend the AGM on Wednesday, 12 March 2025. Feel free to pass this on to other friends and family interested in German culture, language and the interrelationships between New Zealand and Germany.
This will be held at the Von Zedlitz Common Room 606 at Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington, 28 Kelburn Parade, Kelburn, from 6:00 pm (official start 6:30 pm). Culinary contributions in the form of food and/or drinks are very welcome. Please RSVP by emailing us.
Please think about who might be willing to be nominated for the Committee positions and consider whether you might be able to assist in one of them. We will need to (re-)elect some key roles on the Committee, including that of the President, Treasurer, and Secretary. So, if you, a friend, or a family member want to join the Committee, please let us know either by email or at the AGM.
If you have any suggestions for events or activities that the Goethe Society Wellington might like to organise or host this year, please let us know. We are looking for interesting speakers for a lecture series as well as ideas for innovative activities/events that further our aim of promoting all things German in the Wellington region – at all levels of education and throughout the community.
